6

With approximately 190 participants—one of the ten F3A competitions designated as FAI World Cup events—this World Cup ranks among the largest and most prominent FAI events. Following his victory in 2008, Liechtenstein’s Wolfgang Matt has now secured the coveted FAI diploma for the second time, behind the Austrian—

Gerhard Meyer. Swiss pilot Marc Rubin followed in 5th place, and young Liechtenstein pilot Stefan Kaiser placed 7th. Rounding out 14th and 15th place were the two Swiss F3A specialists, Pirmin Jund and Patrick Drack. The exact results can be found on the FAI websites.
