DMFV Breaks the 60,000 Mark

4

We did it! The German Model Aircraft Association (DMFV) welcomes Johannes Haberla as its 60,000th member. This means the DMFV has already reached the goal it set for this year by the end of the second quarter.

“Our offerings—the comprehensive package of services—clearly win people over. That, combined with the tireless dedication of the many members who volunteer for the DMFV, is the key to our success,” said DMFV President Hans Schwägerl, explaining the reasons behind reaching this new record. His impression is confirmed by the 60,000th member, Johannes Haberla: “The DMFV immediately struck me as very professional.

The terms are favorable and the offerings are diverse. I immediately felt that my interests as a model aircraft enthusiast would be well represented here. So an alternative was never an option for me.” As a welcome gift, Schwägerl will present the new member with a brand-new Graupner mc-24 remote control in the coming days. “This

news totally blew me away,” says an absolutely thrilled Haberla. Just the evening before receiving the happy news, he had been searching the internet for information on remote controls, since he was looking for something new. “Actually, I’d already decided on an mc-19. The fact that I’m now getting an mc-24 is absolutely amazing.”
