Gathering of the Knights of the Skies

The pilots are evaluated by three experts in a relaxed atmosphere. Points are awarded for takeoff and landing, flight demonstration, sound, and a visual assessment of the aircraft’s construction on the ground.

The awards ceremony took place that same day, and the winners were once again honored with great prizes. Rainer Mattle presenting the award to Urs Rohner. We’d like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to the sponsors. The top three spots in the “Knights of the Skies” competition went to: Beat Egli with Subwith Pub (1st place), Stanley Mac Masters (2nd place), and Fritz Weber (3rd place). A big thank you to all the pilots and volunteers who played a key role in making this a wonderful event.
