GAL: International Hydro-Modeling Competition in Melano, September 2023

Since there won’t be any European Championship races this year, participation from our side will be lower.
No problem. The pilots in attendance, with their models’ in-flight displays as well as the complexity of the models themselves, have our full approval.
In particular, I’d like to highlight the decoration of the F3A models, with their vibrant colors and graphics—always a delight to the eyes.
Another notable feature, in some cases, is the engine with two propellers spinning in opposite directions to balance the torque.
For classic scale War Birds, historic aircraft, etc., a perfect replica is obviously the norm. For example, with an electric motor and a mock-up radial engine.
In the JU family of models, the frame covering made of reinforced corrugated cardboard naturally catches the eye. Stunning models. With this heat, how about a cold drink? Or a delicious snack? No problem, as always—the GAL kitchen is right at your fingertips and, as always, the food is delicious.
