56th Zäziwiler Friendship Fly-In, RCS Hang 2026

The weather was perfect: Although it was still a bit chilly in the morning, it soon cleared up and the sun provided pleasant warmth. The weather played a major role in creating a great atmosphere and provided ideal conditions for an exciting competition.

First Round: The competition began in completely calm conditions. The calm conditions allowed the pilots to perform precise and controlled flights, enabling them to score high points right from the start.

Second round: As thermals began to develop in the second round, the competition became even more fun. Some of the altitude gained was lost through the execution of aerobatic maneuvers.

Third round: Conditions became more variable. The wind shifted direction several times, making it difficult for the participants to achieve the required flight time or land precisely.
