LEGAL DEPARTMENT AT THE AECS

The AeCS, through its Legal Department—headed by attorney Philip Bärtschi, Vice President of the AeCS—has provided excellent work and support in legal matters over the past few years, particularly for model aircraft enthusiasts. The experienced aviation lawyers from both the Legal and International Departments have an extensive network and possess a wealth of expertise and the necessary experience to support all of our clubs and associations. Furthermore, every AeCS member is entitled to one hour of free legal advice (rechtsberatung@aeroclub.ch) per year. Philip Bärtschi and his law firm in Lucerne have been recognized by “Bilanz”/“Le Temps” for the fourth time in the aviation sector as part of their “Top Lawyers in Switzerland” survey. Based on the number of recommendations, he ranks an outstanding third in the aviation industry.
