Now a few words about the air show, which took place as part of the Klassikwelt Bodensee auto show. Over the course of all three days, some of Europe’s best air show pilots put on breathtaking aerial displays in legendary aircraft—

Aerobatics at its very best. On display were the Flying Bulls’ BO-105 helicopter, two Pilatus PC-7 Subito Team aircraft from the Altenrhein Aviation Museum, and a classic of the skies, the 1936 Boeing Stearman PT-17
biplane, a pre-war model, also from the Altenrhein Aviation Museum. The bright yellow Brücker-Jungmeister, weighing 30 kg and with a wingspan of 5.25 meters, was the only model airplane
at the airshow. With a scale of 1:1.25, it was virtually indistinguishable from its “big” siblings. It gave some spectators goosebumps—the aerobatics were spectacular.
